Account Manager

Who You Are

  • Minimum 2-3 years of advertising technology and/or digital media planning experience
  • Understanding of the advertising industry at large and ability to effectively communicate knowledge to others

What You Will Do

  • You will be a centre of excellence for Client Servicing, working closely with a internal stakeholders (Account Management, Trading, Analysts, Sales) to ensure flawless client execution and optimal satisfaction
  • Responsible for all post-sale activities including campaign management, creative management, reporting and insights
  • Be the conduit between clients and internal specialist teams (Traders, Analysts etc) to ensure smooth communication flow and maximum efficiency

Who You Are

  • 2-3 years of programmatic experience working at a digital media agency and/or digital media/ad tech vendor
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working actively in 1+ major DSPs
  • Experience working in multiple, major omnichannel DSPs required
  • Highly proficient with math and numbers
  • Strong problem solver
  • Very strong MS excel skills with an ability to analyze mass amounts of data, able to write excel macros an asset
  • Ability to work with multiple data sets for the purpose of extracting unique and meaningful insights
  • Able to easily set up a programmatic media campaign for success
  • Knowledge of DMP platforms required including the ability to work with and build audience segments
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Able to thrive in a fast pace work environment managing multiple internal stakeholders
  • Able to put a client and business lens on all deliverables sent to internal teams including reports and data analysis
  • Strong understanding of client business and media KPIs and how to deliver on these goals in the DSP

  • Work on the mplus Trading team managing the mplus client campaigns in the tech platform of choice
  • Responsible for the successful delivery and performance of mplus client campaigns

What You Will Do

  • Support the Sales team with the creation of client RFP’s
  • Build client RFP’s in Powerpoint, with an ability to successfully digest the client brief, including their business and media objectives, strategy and KPIs
  • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the mplus product suite in the client proposal response
  • Ability to effectively select mplus product solutions and tactical strategies that will deliver fully on the client brief and KPIs
  • Able to build all presentation materials and deliver to Sales team in finished product for client presentation
  • Support Account Management team in client servicing when needed
  • Liaise closely with Trading and Analytics team to understand unique targeting strategies, data and inventory access and mplus tech capabilities that can be recommended on client proposals
  • Work with Account Management, Trading and performance teams to ensure that client proposal is activated with success – ensuring all performance KPIs are met and exceeded.
  • Input on client performance and insights reports where appropriate to ensure smooth flow of mplus narrative from pitch to final post report
